The festival
Raymond Fol takes place every years during the third week
of August in Matagot (Mont Mézenc northern slope, commune
of Chaudeyrolles, Haute-Loire, France). It is in this mountainous
landscape that had chosen to live the pianist and composer
Raymond Fol, the friend of Duke Ellington. On the sides
of Mont-Mézenc, in this wind-swept area come back each year
great Jazzmen from the whole world.
